3. Go to your dashboard account and fill out everything
- From Dashboard click "Add New Package"
- Then Order Type choose "Single Shipment"
- Then "Recipient, Vendor, Item Description, Item Value, and Tracking Number"
- Then "Save"

• Please be advised that all packages sent to our Delaware and New Jersey addresses will be forwarded to our New York head office on a weekly basis. Once your package arrives in New York, we will promptly send you a generated email with the Johnny Air invoice and shipping cost.
  
• Packages sent to our Oregon will be forwarded to our San Francisco office every once a week. 
• Transit time: 7-10 working days from the USA to Manila upon flight out, while for the provincial area 14 days.
• For New York, Delaware, and New Jersey shippers you can track your package at Johnny Air Cargo Phillippines Tracking while we are still in the process of developing a tracking system for shippers in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Oregon.
• Your Account Executive will notify you once the package is ready for pick-up or delivery.

2. Send the accomplished form to purchasing@johnnyair.com. We will evaluate and send back the form with your total purchasing cost which must be settled in full amount before we will place the order.

Note: Payment will be done via bank deposit on our PNB account

3. Please send proof of full payment.

4. Johnny Air will order the item/s and update you once order is ready.
