Shipping

The chargeable weight of shipments shall be based on volume or actual weight, whichever is greater. The minimum chargeable weight is 2 lbs.

The cost of air shipment is computed based on actual weight in pounds (lbs). Items that are bulky, but light in weight are assessed in dimensional weight and will be computed as follows:

For US – L”xW”xH” / 166.
For Asia – L” x W” x H” / 366

Purchasing service via Johnny Air

2. Send the accomplished form to purchasing@johnnyairplus.com. We will evaluate and send back the form with your total purchasing cost which must be settled in full amount before we will place the order

Note: Payment can be done via bank deposit on our PNB account

3. Upon settlement of payment,  send us the confirmation email of screenshot of the successful transfer to purchasing@johnnyairplus.com

4. Johnny Air will order the item for you. You'll just have to wait for the order to arrive!

Insurance

We handle all our shipments very carefully. All packages sent through Johnny Air are automatically insured for US$100 against lost. Insurance is for total loss only, neither for partial/total breakages of your items nor for partial losses.

lf you require more coverage there is an additional premium of US$5.00 for each US$100.00 value.

No insurance for breakage or partial loss as per airline regulations. Acts of God and acts of war, under international law, such as unforeseen acts of nature like lightning, typhoon, earthquake, hurricane or acts of war like civil unrest, piracy (which is very common in some waters), terrorism and any acts of terrorism are not covered by the insurance.

Storage

Packages not claimed within three (3) months will be disposed of at Johnny Air discretion.

Claims for lost and broken (partial or full breakage) packages should be reported 24 to 48 hrs upon claiming of the package.

Freight charges will be settled upon pick-up or delivery via cash or credit card. For shipments subject for delivery, only cash payment is accepted.

JAC Plus consolidate multiple packages into a single box via ICE BOX service only.

Chargeable weight with a fraction of a pound is rounded up to the next pound.

Chargeable weight shall be based on volume or actual weight, whichever is greater.

We don't insure for breakage, damage (including water damage) or partial loss as per airline regulations

Your package FROM the U.S.A. via airfreight is insured for $3.50 per pound up to $100.00 for “total loss”. This settlement amount already includes freight reimbursement and the cost of your packages.

You may avail of our in-house insurance on total loss for an additional coverage of 5% of the declared value or commercial invoice value.

NOTE : Acts of God and acts of war, under international law, such as unforeseen acts of nature like lightning, typhoon, earthquake, hurricane, plane crash or acts of war like civil unrest, piracy(which is very common in some waters), terrorism and any acts of terrorism are not covered by the insurance.



7. JAC is not liable for delays beyond our control. It is the airlines prerogative to bump-off or offload boxes even if premium rates are paid for.

8. Packages not claimed within three (3) months will be disposed of at Johnny Air Plus' discretion

9. In case of fraudulent transactions, shipment will be confiscated. Such incident will be reported to legal and proper authorities both in US and PH head offices.

JOHNNY AIR CARGO (JAC) and its customers are required to adhere to United States and Philippine laws regulating export trade and shipping. JAC STRICTLY PROHIBITS shipments of firearms, firearm parts and accessories thereof (even with legal permits), ammunitions, hazardous materials, dangerous goods, lithium batteries, counterfeit merchandise, illegal drugs, cash, coins, precious metals and negotiable instruments. In addition, JAC does not accept for shipment any goods requiring the issuance of export licenses by the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (B1S), the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the, Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control, or any other agency. Customers are required to provide JAC with accurate product descriptions and values so that Automated Export System (AES) filing requirements can be satisfied. By placing cargo with JAC, the customer agrees to all of the above restrictions and conditions, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JAC for any fines, penalties, forfeitures or other costs arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these requirements.
